Returns and refunds
We aim to give you complete satisfaction however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase our returns procedure is as follows:
Goods should be returned as sold within 7 days of receipt. We can exchange any goods, send replacements or refund your money providing the goods are returned to us unopened and in their original condition and packaging. You will be reasonable for return postage. The returned product must also have the invoice as proof of purchase.
Barbara's Mouldings kits are of the highest quality, precision cut and routed in MDF for extra strength. They come with full easy to assemble instructions and fit together perfectly. All kits are unpainted and flat packed. Once assembled, you can decorate it in your own unique style. Please browse our many items. They may give you some helpful hints and ideas.
